2	What does "Double", "Quad", and "Triple" mean?
	These terms refer to the occupancy of the rooms. Double = 2 adults per room, triple = 3 and quad = 4 adults per room. (adults = 17 years or older) All our rates are based minimum 2 adult occupancy. When there is only 1 adult in the room, the first child will be considered an adult for pricing purposes. Top
3	Are the prices per person or per night?
	Our prices are quoted per person for the duration of nights chosen. For example, if the rate for September/double occupancy/7 nights is displayed as $719. This means two people in one room for 7 nights. They each pay $719 or a total of $1438 for the whole week, not for each night. Top
4	What does the package include?
	Our all-inclusive package includes everything except airfare. Click here for more details. Top
5	Does the price include airfare?
	Our prices do NOT include airfare. You can arrange your own airfare or we can look for the lowest available fare for you. Either way, roundtrip airport transfer is included. Top
6	Why is there no prices for 1 or 2 nights?
	The rates posted on this site are specially made available to us by Palace Resorts. Unfortunately, their minimun stay requirement is 3 nights or more. Top
7	Does the price include alcoholic drinks?
	Yes it does. All domestic and imported drinks including alcoholic beverages are included. Top
8	What do I need to do to reserve?
	You can fill out the online reservation form and submit it online or print and fax it to +1-514-879-3422. You can also reserve by telephone, toll free at 1-888-525-5025. You will need to supply your name and address, date of travel and a fax number or email address. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Certified (Official) Check or Money Order. If you are booking airfare with us, we also need the complete names of all passengers (no nicknames), your departure city/airport as well as fax number to fax you an airfare authorization form. If you booked your airfare independently, you must fax or email us your complete itinerary in order for us to arrange your airport transfer. Top
9	How far is the Moon Palace from the hotel district?
	The Moon Palace is about 15 minutes from the hotel district (Sun Palace). If going by shuttle, it will take an additional 15 minutes to get to Cancun Palace and another 15 minutes to the Beach Palace. Top
10	How do I get to the other Palace Resorts?
	There is a shuttle from the Moon Palace (for Moon Palace guests only) to the Sun, Cancun and Beach Palace that leaves 4 times daily (schedule subject to change). The shuttle sometimes goes all the way to downtown Cancun. The Aventura Palace has a daily shuttle going to the Beach Palace for Aventura Palace guests only. There is no charge for the shuttles but reservations are required (usually a day in advance). If you are staying at the other Palaces, you must provide your own transportation (see below). Top
11	How do I get to the hotel district or downtown?
	The cheapest way is by taking the Moon Palace or Aventura shuttle to the hotel district, if you are staying at one of these resorts. From there you can easily get around by bus. The bus costs approximately $0.50US and travel in the hotel district and to downtown. There are three routes, and they come every couple of minutes. If you are only moving about within the hotel district, any bus would do as there is only 1 road. If you are going downtown, ask the concierge what is the best route to take. You can also travel by taxi. The Moon Palace has negotiated a special rate with the Taxi company. The cost is $11-$14 to anywhere in the hotel district or downtown, and $11-$14 from any Palace Resort in the hotel district to the Moon Palace. Maximum 4 people per taxi. Rate is per taxi, not per person. Rates are subject to change without notice. Top

13	Is there a dress code for the restaurants?
	All the indoor restaurants require that you have some type of footwear, lower and upper body clothing (shorts/t-shirt etc.). Some restaurants may require evening-wear for supper. Evening-wear is defined as long pants and shirt for men and a dress or skirt/pants and blouse for women. Top
14	Is golf included?
	Golf is not included in your standard package or VIP package (except mini-golf). To learn more about the golf packages, visit our golf section. To book a golf package, select a resort with the text "Golf Pkg" after the resort name. Top
15	Is there a golf course at the resort?

16	What is the difference between Moon Palace Nizuc, Sunrise and Moon Palace Golf Resort?
	The Sunrise is basically an extension of the original Moon Palace. On paper they are two different resorts but in real life, together they form one mega resort where almost all the services and amenities are doubled. The resorts are right next to each other. The average visitor can walk between the Moon Palace Nizuc (the original) and the Moon Palace Sunrise (the extension) and not know the difference. Guests can move freely between the two and enjoy all the amenities of each one. The rooms are almost identical except that the Nizuc rooms have a small seating area with a couch and the Sunrise rooms have a hammock on the balcony. All rooms have a double Jacuzzi and a balcony facing the Caribbean (ocean view is not guaranteed on the ground floor). The Moon Palace Golf Resort, is the new name of the mega resort, after the opening of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course at Moon Palace. Top
17	Is Internet access available at Moon Palace?
	High speed Internet access is available in the business office for $5 per 15 minutes, using their computers. If you have your own laptop equipped with Wi-Fi, you can access high speed Wi-Fi in the North side of the hotel (public areas and rooms) for $25 per 24 hour period.
